The Bocha Project would have never embarked in this adventure if it weren't for our colleague, friend, and tireless fighter for human rights, Stella Maris Pereyra. She is at the center of Sabores Especiales Madero, an organization that she created and manages. Sabores Especiales Madero is a kitchen workshop, where young adults with different levels of cognitive impairment receive instruction not only on how to be independent in the kitchen, but also on how to laugh, live, and love unconditionally.
