Dear friends, Inclusion means working every single day to ensure that people with disabilities have the exact same access to opportunities as their typically developing peers. This entails inclusion in educational settings, work settins, social media, communications, communities, infrastructure. The list goes on and on. It is a work of LOVE. Por Igual Más is an organization that works tirelessly to promote inclusion, work for inclusive communities, and network so that more and more people can understand its importance. We are having a fundraiser for this wonderful organization on Sunday, July 22, at California Pizza Kitchen in Westbury, and proceeds will go entirely to provide specific educational opportunities and upgrade the mobile site so that it can increase inclusion and access.
